Relish Cafe--Fast, Fresh, Northwest

 


Tacoma Art Museum is proud to announce a recent change to their cafe – from its chef and menu to its décor. The promise of the cafe is to bring local, market-fresh food that’s fast and delicious.

SALADS
Smoked Salmon Salad* $10
Northwest smoked salmon, mixed greens, homemade croutons, and parmesan cheese. Served with Caesar dressing.

Farmer’s Market Salad $8
Candied walnuts, bleu cheese, and dried cranberries on a bed of mixed greens. Served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Add chicken* $2. Add salmon $3.

 

INSPIRED SPECIALS
Served with Tim's Cascade Chips or Chef's side of the day.

American West Bison Burger $10
Served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and burger sauce on a sesame bun. Add cheese $1.

Leroy's Hot Dog $5
All-beef, quarter pound link.

 

KIDS FAVORITES
Served with Tim's Cascade Chips and a freshly baked cookie.

tarragon spread.

Ham and Brie $9
Ham, brie, basil, and honey mustard.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese $8.50
Bleu cheese, brie, and Tillamook cheddar cheese.

Veggie $8
Tillamook cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and honey mustard.

Panini Margherita $9
Fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, whole-leaf basil, and creamy pesto.

On-The-Go/Atrium Menu
  

Each lunch is $10 and includes: Choice of sandwich or salad, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, or bottled water.

SANDWICHES
Our sandwiches are served cold with lettuce, tomato, and
onion. Choose from Tim’s Cascade Chips or
Chef’s choice side of the day. Our bread is
baked fresh by Grand Central Bakery, with a
choice of como or wheat bread upon request.

Roast Beef and Cheddar
Roast beef, Tillamook cheddar cheese, and

Turkey breast, Tillamook cheddar cheese, and
tarragon spread.

Relish Cafe is open from Wednesday through Sunday, serving lunch 11 am–3 pm. We offer coffee service including lattés, mochas, americanos, cookies, wine and beer from 11 am–3 pm daily. On Free Third Thursday, Relish Cafe serves a full menu until 7 pm. Seating is limited. To make reservations for ten or more people, please call 253.272.4258 x3023.
