The following instructions are for individuals who are a bit more tech-savvy, and do not need step-by-step instructions.

iOS Users

1. Download the app DropVox ($1.99 – you will be reimbursed)
   • Direct link: bit.ly/tamapple
2. Sync to TAM’s DropBox account using the following details
   • Email: mlasco@tacomaartmuseum.org
   • Password: tamdrop1
3. Go into the app settings and turn on “High-Quality Recording”
4. Record a short audio clip with your name and phone #. We will call within 1-2 business days to confirm receipt.
   • Note: A message will appear at the bottom of the app that says “Uploading audio. Please wait.” Allow up to 1 min for that message to disappear, before exiting the app

Android Users

1. Download the Voice Recorder App by Triveous
   • Direct link: bit.ly/tamdroid
2. Enable Sync and use TAM’s DropBox account using the following details:
   • Email: mlasco@tacomaartmuseum.org
   • Password: tamdrop1
3. Record a short audio clip with your name and phone #. We will call within 1-2 business days to confirm receipt
   • Note: If you are not on WiFi, please go into the app settings and turn on sync for Wifi + mobile data
