Join TAM and local artist Steven Miller for a Cyanotype Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll have a hands-on demonstration of how to make a cyanotype from start to finish using an image already on your phone. We ask that you come prepared with an image you feel represents you and your LGBTQIA+ community. Please refrain from selecting any images with graphic material or content.
After preparing your image, Steven will print out an 8×10″ digital negative for each participant.
In groups of four, we will sandwich negatives and dry cyanotype-coated paper, place them in a contact print frame, expose them, wash them, and then hang them to dry.
Workshop members will have their own print and a negative to take home.
Registration in advance is required for this workshop. You can register at the link below.
