TAM // what if

Artists, sound designer, and curator of the upcoming exhibition, ‘what if,’ share a personal “what if”—dreaming of the possibilities for art and their art practices.

Opening June 29 with an opening celebration June 28, “what if” is a multivocal and immersive exhibition exploring the expansiveness of Black interiority—using curiosity as a way finder as evidenced in Black artists’ visual narratives. The exhibition illustrates ways Black artists remain curious, imaginative, and authentic to self despite societal perceptions and limitations.

“what if,” curated by Victoria Miles, will also include space for convening and programming and is a thematic expression that is parallel to and reflective of The Current, An Artist Award. Stay tuned for more exciting content and updates!
