Adult Group Tour Reservation Form

Thank you for your interest in booking a group tour with TAM! Please schedule your guided tour at least two weeks in advance. Self-guided tours should be reserved  at least two business days in advance.

    Payment: Tour payment is due on or before the day of your tour. Tacoma Art Museum accepts cash, checks, credit cards, or purchase orders. If payment cannot be made at the time of the tour, a purchase order must be provided in advance. There is a $10 processing fee for purchase order payments. We prefer to receive one group payment, rather than individual payments from several people.

    Cancellation Policy: Your visit may be cancelled up to ten business days in advance of your scheduled visit date without a penalty. Due to preparation and staff time, cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the original amount due. In the case of no-show, we must bill the full cost of the tour.

    Confirmation: After you submit your tour request, we will contact you directly to confirm all details, then send you an overview of the Museum, driving directions and a confirmation letter.
